摘  要:珠三角某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂污水处理工程设计处理规模为600 m^(3)/d,其中高浓度垃圾渗滤液为400 m^(3)/d,由其他生产废水、生活污水等组成的低浓度污水为200 m^(3)/d。垃圾渗滤液经“UASB系统”处理后在均衡池与低浓度污水混合经“MBR生化系统+RO”组合工艺处理,出水水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质标准(GB/T 19923-2005)》[1],并回用于厂区循环冷却水系统,浓缩液回送至垃圾焚烧发电系统处理。该工程处理效果好,运行稳定达标。The design capacity of the wastewater treatment project in a municipal solid waste incineration is 600 m^(3)/d,of which 400 m^(3)/d of high-concentration leachate and 200 m^(3)/d of low-concentration wastewater composed of other production wastewater and domestic wastewater.After the leachate is treated by“the UASB reactor,”it is mixed with low-concentration wastewater in the equalization tank and treated by“the MBR-RO process.”The effluent quality meets“The reuse of urban recycling water—water quality standard for industrial uses(GB/T 19923-2005)[1]”and is reused in the circulating cooling water system of the incineration plant,and the concentrate is returned to the waste incineration power generation system for treatment.The project has good processing effect and stable operation up to standard.
