浅谈优先评估化学物质筛选原则

摘　　要：化学物质风险评估对化学物质环境管理至关重要。在化学领域,化学物质品种繁多,其特性也存在较大区别,国际范围内的化学物质风险评估主要采用三个步骤:一是筛选优先评估物质,二是进行优先评估物质的环境风险评估,三是明确管理对象和目标。基于此,本文分析了优先评估化学物质的特点,并探究了PBT物质、vPvB物质、毒性化学物质等的判断方法,旨在为相关人员提供帮助。Chemical risk assessment is crucial for chemical environmental management.In the field of chemistry,there are a wide variety of chemical substances with significant differences in their characteristics.The risk assessment of chemical substances on an international scale mainly adopts three steps:first,screening priority assessment substances;second,conducting environmental risk assessment of priority assessment substances;and third,clarifying management objects and objectives.Based on this,this article analyzes the characteristics of priority substances and explores methods for prioritizing the priority substances such as PBT substances,vPvB substances,toxic chemicals,with the aim of providing assistance to relevant personnel.
