摘　　要：“双碳”目标提出之后,我国对于大气环境治理的重视程度进一步提升,相应的大气污染排放标准及治理也更为严格。对于大气污染来说,单一治理模式没有对整体环境起到根本性的推动作用,加强区域协同治理成为当前备受关注的一种治理模式。基于此,本文将大气污染治理和“双碳”背景相结合,从多个角度进行了论述。本文立足于当前污染治理的现状,提出了治理难点和相应的解决措施,以更好助力大气质量的改善,实现我国的“双碳”目标。After the proposal of China’s“dual carbon”targets,the emphasis on the atmospheric environment has been further enhanced,and the corresponding air pollution emission standards and governance levels have become stricter.For air pollution,a single governance model has not played a fundamental role in promoting the overall environment,and strengthening regional collaborative governance has become a current governance model of concern.Based on this,the article discusses from multiple perspectives,combining air pollution control with the“dual carbon”background.Based on the current situation of pollution control,it proposes the diffi culties of governance and corresponding solutions based on the diffi culties,in order to better assist in improving air quality and achieving China’s“dual carbon”goals.
