摘 要:[目的/意义]基于引用动机的学术论文影响力分类测评是科研管理与情报学领域重要的研究内容,通过对引用动机多样性的研究,以期为科研成果影响力分类评估提供一定理论基础与科学依据。[方法/过程]依据Web of Science(WoS)“富集引文”(Enriched Cited References,ECR)引用动机分类,将引用动机分为背景、基础、支持等5类,提出了基于引用熵的引用动机多样性测度方法,并以“新型冠状病毒”(COVID-19)相关研究为案例进行了实证研究。[结果/结论]超过90%的学术论文其被引动机是多样性的(引用熵为0.2~0.8)。学术论文引用熵越大,其在支持、基础、差异引用动机上获得的被引次数越多,两者呈现正相关关系。然而,ECR文献主要集中在2019年之后,基于ECR引用动机的学术论文影响力分类测度仅适用衡量此时间点后发表的论文。结合引用动机的学术影响力分类评价,为构建以质量、绩效、贡献为核心的评价指标提供了借鉴,为进一步完善引文分析、科技评价、前沿识别等提供了切实可行的方法。[Purpose/significance]The academic paper influence classification and evaluation based on citation motivation is an important research topic in the fields of research management and information science.By studying the diversity of citation motivations,this research aims to provide a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for the classification and evaluation of research output impact.[Method/process]Based on the“Enriched Cited References”(ECR)citation motivation classification in Web of Science(WoS),citation motivations are categorized into five types:Background,Base,Support,et.al.A diversity measurement method for citation motivations based on citation entropy is proposed.The empirical study is conducted using“COVID-19”related research as a case study.[Result/conclusion]Over 90%of academic papers have diverse citation motivations(citation entropy between 0.2 and 0.8).The higher the citation entropy of academic papers,the more citations they receive for Support,Base,and Differ citation motivations,showing a positive correlation between them.However,ECR papers is mainly concentrated after 2019,and the impact classification and evaluation based on ECR citation motivation are only applicable to papers published after that time.Combined with the academic impact classification evaluation based on citation motivations,this study provides reference for constructing evaluation indicators centered on quality,performance,and contributions.It also offers a practical method for improving citation analysis,science and technology evaluation,and frontier recognition.
