摘　　要：聚焦于特定的人物和事件,回顾1930年代起德国建筑师在中国广州地区的考察、建筑实践以及中国建筑师在德国的经历和回国实践,梳理德国现代主义和“新建筑”思潮传入广州的历史脉络,展示了德国现代建筑思想在广州的传播和中国为适应本土气候和技术条件所做出的尝试。Focusing on particular people and events,this paper reviews the investigation and architectural practices of German architects in Guangzhou region since the 1930s,along with the experience and practices of Chinese architects returning from Germany.It traces the historical development of the introduction of German modernism and the idea of Neues Bauen(new buildings)to Guangzhou,demonstrating the transmission of German ideas of modernist architecture in Guangzhou with attempted adaptation to the local climate and technological conditions.
