摘 要:随着新能源汽车的发展,越来越注重车辆智能化和电动化,电动隐藏式外门把手被越来越多地应用在新能源汽车上。电动隐藏式外门把手在开启与关闭时,执行器产生工作噪声,噪声过大或声品质不好会引起用户抱怨。分析电动隐藏式外门把手工作噪声产生的原因,从外门把手本体结构、结构传递路径、空气传递路径和工作控制策略等4个方面进行分析和优化设计,有效降低电动隐藏式外门把手的本体噪声及乘客舱内的辐射噪声,对汽车电动隐藏式外门把手噪声的优化设计具有一定参考价值和指导意义。With the development of new energy vehicles,people pay more and more attention to intelligence and electrification of vehicles.Electric hidden outer door handles are increasingly used in new energy vehicles.However,when the electric hidden outer door handle is been opening or closing,the actuator will yield noise.And the overlarge and offensive noise of handles may lead to the complaining of the vehicle users.In this paper,the root cause of the working noise of the electric hidden outer door handle is analyzed,and the handle is optimized from four aspects:the body structure of the outer door handle,the structure-borne path,the air-borne path and the working control strategy,which have effectively reduced the body noise of the electric hidden outer door handle and its radiation noise to the passenger compartment.This study has a certain reference and guiding significance for the optimal design of electric hidden outer door handles of vehicles.
