摘　　要：借助专用逆向软件,采用逆向技术对石膏头像的点云扫描数据进行预处理和数模重构,从而完成了其逆向建模设计。将扫描数据导入Geomagic Wrap软件中,进行清除噪点、全局注册、合并、补孔、平滑等预处理;预处理后的数据以STL格式导入Geomagic Design X软件中进行进一步的数模重构。对重构后的模型进行了偏差分析,结果表明逆向重构精度符合设计要求。With the help of the special reverse software,the reverse technology is used to preprocess and reconstruct the point cloud scanning data of plaster head portrait,so as to complete the reverse modeling design.The scanned data is imported into Geomagic Wrap software and preprocessed for noise removal,global registration,merging,hole filling and smoothing;the pre-processed data is imported into Geomagic Design X software in STL format for further digital model reconstruction.The reconstructed model conducts the error analysis,and the results show that the reverse reconstruction accuracy meets the design requirements.
