摘　　要：变矩器作为叉车液力传动系统中的重要组成部分,使叉车具有良好的自适应性,保证了叉车运行时的稳定性和抗冲击性,提高了叉车使用寿命。提出一种新型涡轮自定心的叉车变矩器,该变矩器在旋转时涡轮组件在油液的作用下通过旋转的惯性力自动定心,使输出轴与输入轴有良好的同心度,同时涡轮组件与导轮组件之间增加推力滚针轴承,减少了滑动摩擦和颤动的产生,从而提升了叉车在工作、运输工况下的平稳性。As an important component of the hydraulic transmission system of forklifts,torque converters enable forklifts to have good adaptability,ensuring stability and impact resistance during operation,and improving the service life of forklifts.This paper provides a new type of self centering torque converter for turbine forklifts.When the torque converter rotates,the turbine components can automatically centering under the inertial of oil,which makes the output shaft and input shaft have good concentricity.At the same time,a thrust needle roller bearing is added between the turbine components and the guide wheel components to reduce sliding friction and chatter,so as to improve the stability of the forklift under working and transportation conditions.
