摘  要:由于电厂环境复杂,无法获取水处理可视化信息,设计了基于机器视觉的电厂水处理监控信息系统。在系统内安装了冗余微控制器+LoRa通信单元,设计了冗余微控制器监控通信装置,实现水处理监控信息记录与实时传输。通过计算该区域概率密度值,获取监控可视化图像最佳尺寸,构建可视化监控目标函数,在LoRa通信单元内监控电厂水处理进度,并可视化展示监控信息。由实验结果可知:该系统出水浊度与硬度监控结果与实际数据分别存在最大仅为0.1 NTU、0.05 mmol/L的误差,能够获取精准监控信息。Because of the complex environment of the power plant,it is impossible to obtain visual information of water treatment.The monitoring information system of power plant water treatment based on machine vision is designed.The redundant microcontroller+LoRa communication unit is installed in the system,and the redundant microcontroller monitoring communication device is designed to realize the recording and real-time transmission of water treatment monitoring information.The probability density value of this area is calculated to obtain the optimal size of the monitoring visual image.The objective function of visual monitoring is constructed to monitor the progress of water treatment in the power plant in the LoRa communication unit,and the monitoring information is visually displayed.It can be seen from the experimental results that the maximum error between the monitoring results of turbidity and hardness of effluent water and the actual data is only 0.1NTU and 0.05mmol/L respectively,which can obtain accurate monitoring information.
