猴头健胃灵片治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析慢性胃炎患者采用猴头健胃灵片治疗的临床效果。方法 选取100例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取猴头健胃灵片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、生活质量评分及治疗前后中医证候积分。结果 观察组总有效率96.00%高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组上腹疼痛、饱胀感、腹胀、食欲不振积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上腹疼痛、饱胀感、腹胀、食欲不振积分分别为(1.63±0.63)、(1.54±0.52)、(1.39±0.44)、(1.32±0.37)分,均低于对照组的(2.07±0.89)、(2.23±0.84)、(2.08±0.97)、(2.01±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、躯体功能、社会功能及活力评分分别为(87.15±10.16)、(84.55±11.17)、(88.19±11.98)、(89.52±12.02)分,均高于对照组的(78.96±12.23)、(76.02±12.77)、(78.33±13.45)、(78.16±14.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性胃炎采取猴头健胃灵片治疗效果突出,可有效改善中医证候积分,提高患者的生活质量水平。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Houtou Jianweiling tablets on chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic gastritis were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Houtou Jianweiling tablets.The therapeutic effect,quality of life score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 96.00%in the observation group was higher than that of 78.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of upper abdominal pain,fullness,abdominal distension and loss of appetite between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper abdominal pain,fullness,abdominal distention and loss of appetite in the observation group were(1.63±0.63),(1.54±0.52),(1.39±0.44)and(1.32±0.37)points,which were lower than those of(2.07±0.89),(2.23±0.84),(2.08±0.97)and(2.01±0.86)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical function,social function and vitality in the observation group were(87.15±10.16),(84.55±11.17),(88.19±11.98)and(89.52±12.02)points,which were higher than those of(78.96±12.23),(76.02±12.77),(78.33±13.45)and(78.16±14.13)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Houtou Jianweiling tablets is effective in treating chronic gastritis,which can effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and improve the quality of life of patients.
