浮针疗法联合电针疗法配合手法按摩治疗剖宫产术后腹部伤口痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究浮针疗法联合电针疗法配合手法按摩治疗剖宫产术后腹部伤口痛的临床疗效。方法 60例行子宫下段横切口剖宫产术且术后腹部伤口痛的产妇,采用随机数字表法分成常规组和治疗组,每组30例。常规组给予手法按摩加特定电磁波谱(TDP)照射法治疗,治疗组给予浮针疗法联合电针疗法配合手法按摩治疗。比较两组产妇术后12 h(T1)、术后24 h(T2)、术后36 h(T3)、术后48 h(T4)时的疼痛程度及步行能力评分,临床疗效。结果 治疗组产妇T2、T3、T4时的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(3.01±0.11)、(2.01±0.11)、(1.15±0.08)分,均低于常规组的(3.64±0.12)、(3.01±0.21)、(1.89±0.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产妇T2、T3、T4时的步行能力评分分别为(9.64±1.01)、(11.24±1.24)、(12.64±1.48)分,均高于常规组的(8.04±0.89)、(10.01±1.01)、(11.24±1.01)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产妇的总有效率93.33%高于常规组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对剖宫产术后腹部伤口痛产妇采取浮针疗法联合电针疗法配合手法按摩治疗有较好的疗效,可以缓解疼痛,改善步行能力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of floating-acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture and manual massage in the treatment of abdominal wound pain after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 parturients with caesarean section via lower uterine segment transverse incision were divided into routine group and treatment group according to the random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with manual massage and specific electromagnetic radiation(TDP)irradiation,and the treatment group was treated with floating-acupuncture,electroacupuncture and manual massage.The pain intensity and walking ability score at 12 h postoperatively(T1),24 h postoperatively(T2),36 h postoperatively(T3),and 48 h postoperatively(T4),and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at T2,T3 and T4 in the treatment group were(3.01±0.11),(2.01±0.11)and(1.15±0.08)points,which were lower than those of(3.64±0.12),(3.01±0.21)and(1.89±0.11)points in the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The walking ability scores at T2,T3 and T4 in the treatment group were(9.64±1.01),(11.24±1.24)and(12.64±1.48)points,which were higher than those of(8.04±0.89),(10.01±1.01)and(11.24±1.01)points in the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 93.33%in the treatment group was higher than that of 73.33%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The floating-acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture and manual massage is effective for patients with abdominal wound pain after cesarean section,which can relieve pain and improve walking ability.
