社会支持对老年人衰弱影响的范围综述

摘　　要：目的 对社会支持在老年衰弱人群中的应用研究进行范围审查,为今后制订更具针对性的社会支持方案以预防老年人衰弱发生和发展提供理论依据。方法 按照范围综述的方法框架,用计算机检索PubMed、Web of science、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库共8个数据库。筛选符合纳入标准的文献,对纳入的所有文献进行分析与探讨。结果 共纳入11项研究,结果显示社会支持在老年群体处中等水平,其中影响衰弱的相关因素包括资助支持(家庭收入、社区卫生服务、国家医疗保障)、信息支持(知识宣教)及精神支持因素(陪伴、支持、社会凝聚力、社会归属感)。结论 老年人社会支持水平还有待提高,家庭、社区、政府三方在支持提供系统中需相互合作,共同提供更好的社会支持,以改善老年人衰弱水平,提升整体生活质量水平。Objective To conduct a scoping review of research on the application status of social support in elderly frailty,and provide the basis formulating more targeted social support programs to prevent the occurrence and development of frailty in the elderly.Methods According to the method framework of scope review,eight databases including PubMed,Web of science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and VIP Database were searched by computer.The literatures meeting the inclusion criteria were screened,and all the included literatures were analyzed and discussed.Results A total of 11 studies were included.The results showed moderate levels of social support in the older age group,and the related factors affecting frailty included funding support(family income,community health services,national medical security),information support(knowledge education)and spiritual support factors(companionship,support,social cohesion,social belonging).Conclusions The level of social support for the elderly needs to be improved.Families,communities and the government need to cooperate with each other in the support and provision system to jointly provide better social support,improve the debilitation level of the elderly and improve the overall quality of life.
