多层螺旋CT三维重建用于骨关节创伤诊断的价值研究

摘　　要：目的 分析多层螺旋CT三维重建用于骨关节创伤诊断的价值。方法 随机选择我院2019年3月至2020年2月接诊的骨关节创伤患者70例为临床观察对象,将患者平均分成两组。观察组患者采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术进行诊断,对照组患者采用常规CT技术进行诊断,分析两组患者的诊断准确率以及影像清晰度。结果 从本次研究数据来看,观察组患者的影像检查结果准确率为88.57%,对照组患者的影像检查结果准确率为71.43%,观察组患者的影像检查总准确率高于对照组患者。从两组患者的影像清晰度来看,观察组患者的总影像清晰率为91.43%,对照组患者的总影像清晰率为62.86%,观察组患者的总影像清晰率整体高于对照组患者。结论 在对骨关节创伤患者进行诊断的过程中,相比于常规CT诊断技术,多层螺旋CT三维重建技术不仅在影像清晰度方面有着十分明显的优势,与此同时,在诊断准确率方面也有着十分明显的优势。Objective To analyze the value of MSCT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of bone and joint trauma.Methods Seventy patients with bone and joint trauma from March 2019 to February 2020 in our hospital were randomly selected as clinical observation objects.The patients in the observation group were divided into two groups on average.The patients in the observation group were diagnosed with three-dimensional reconstruction technology of multi-slice spiral CT,while the patients in the control group were diagnosed with conventional CT technology,and the diagnostic accuracy and image clarity of the two groups were analyzed.Results From the data of this study,the accuracy rate of image examination in the observation group was 88.57%,and that in the control group was 71.43%.The total accuracy rate of image examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.From the perspective of image clarity of the two groups,the total image clarity rate of the observation group was 91.43%,and that of the control group was 62.86%.The overall image clarity rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusions In the process of diagnosis of osteoarticular trauma patients,compared with conventional CT diagnosis technology,MSCT 3D reconstruction technology not only has a very obvious advantage in image clarity,but also has a very obvious advantage in diagnostic accuracy.
