自拟消腺方配合外治法治疗小儿腺样体肥大痰凝血瘀证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨自拟消腺方配合中医外治法治疗小儿腺样体肥大痰凝血瘀证的临床疗效,旨在为中医内治外治结合治疗腺样体肥大提供可靠的依据。方法 选取2019年4月至2023年4月在福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院儿科接受治疗的80例腺样体肥大患儿进行研究,随机抽取40例作为对照组,予口服自拟消腺方治疗,40例作为观察组,在口服自拟消腺方治疗的基础上予穴位按摩治疗。观察和分析两组患儿的中医证候评分、体征、生活质量评分等疗效指标。结果 治疗前两组患儿的各项指标无显著性差异(均P> 0.05),具有可比性。治疗后,两组患儿主要证候积分、生活质量调查表(OSA-18)评分都有所改善,观察组患儿的改善程度更明显。观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 自拟消腺方配合中医外治法治疗小儿腺样体肥大痰凝血瘀证的效果明确,能显著改善患儿生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-formulated gland-dissipating formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment for the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy with phlegm stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,aiming to provide reliable evidence for the combination of internal and external treatment of adenoid hypertrophy.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients with adenoid hypertrophy who received treatment in the Pediatrics Department of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Second People's Hospital from April 2019 to April 2023 were selected for this study.Forty cases were randomly assigned to the control group,treated with oral selfformulated gland-dissipating formula,and the other 40 cases were assigned to the observation group,treated with acupuncture massage in addition to oral self-formulated gland-dissipating formula.The efficacy indicators,including TCM syndrome scores,signs,and quality of life scores,were observed and analyzed in both groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in various indicators between the two groups(all P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and OSA-18 scores of both groups improved,with a more significant improvement in the observation group.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of self-formulated gland-dissipating formula with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment is effective in treating pediatric adenoid hypertrophy with phlegm stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and can significantly improve the quality of life in affected children.
