摘　　要：目的 研究火罐在消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年6月我院门诊治疗后的1700个火罐为研究对象,按时间分组,2023年1月至2023年3月治疗后的850个火罐为对照组,采用科室分散清洗消毒方式,使用有效氯浸泡等方式进行消毒干燥;2023年4月至2023年6月治疗后的850个火罐为观察组,采用消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒方式,使用清洗消毒机+多酶洗液进行清洗消毒干燥。比较两组病原菌分布情况、清洗合格率、劳动效率、患者火罐使用情况及科室满意度。结果 观察组清洗(水迹、外观、血渍或残留物)合格率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组消毒、清洗、干燥时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组科室满意度为100.00%高于对照组的75.00%(P <0.05);两组均无皮肤感染或其他不适症状。结论 火罐采用消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒方式,能有效杀灭病原菌,提高清洗效果及劳动效率,保证医疗卫生安全,有助于提高科室满意度。Objective To study the effect of cupping on centralized cleaning and disinfection in disinfection supply center.Methods One thousand and seven hundred cupping cups after outpatient treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,divided into groups according to time,and 850 cupping cups after treatment from January 2023 to March 2023 were selected as the control group,which were disinfected and dried by means of dispersed cleaning and disinfection in the department and effective chlorine soaking.The 850 cupots after treatment from April 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,and were cleaned and dried by centralized cleaning and disinfection at the disinfection supply center,using a cleaning and disinfection machine+multi-enzyme lotion.The distribution of pathogenic bacteria,cleaning qualification rate,labor efficiency,cupping usage and department satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of cleaning(water mark,appearance,blood stain or residue)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of disinfection,cleaning and drying in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The department satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%higher than that of control group 75.00%(P<0.05).There were no skin infections or other symptoms in either group.Conclusions The centralized cleaning and disinfection in the disinfection supply center can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria,improve the cleaning effect and labor efficiency,ensure medical and health safety,and contribute to the improvement of department satisfaction.
