摘　　要：目的 分析术后护理措施用于妇产科手术患者中的临床效果。方法 于2022年6月至2023年8月我院妇产科收治患者中任意择取30例进行观察,通过盲选法分组,对照组15例手术患者在术后接受一般护理,观察组15例手术患者在术后接受术后护理措施,对比两组术后疼痛情况、护理满意度、心理状态评分。结果 从统计结果分析,观察组患者术后疼痛程度明显比对照组患者疼痛程度更轻,结果比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度为93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,组间结果有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理后,观察组心理状态改善情况相较于对照组改善情况更好,前者SAS评分、SDS评分均比后者评分更低,组间结果有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 妇产科患者在手术后通过术后护理措施有助于术后尽快恢复,减轻疼痛程度的同时,满足更多患者需求,临床护理质量提升,护理满意度也随之升高。Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of postoperative nursing measures in patients undergoing gynecological and obstetric surgeries.Methods From June 2022 to August 2023,30 patients were observed in obstetrics and gynecology department.Through the blind selection method,15 surgical patients in the control group received general postoperative care,and 15 patients in the observation group received postoperative nursing measures,and compared the two groups of postoperative pain,nursing satisfaction and psychological state score.Results From the analysis of statistical results,the postoperative pain level of patients in the observation group was significantly lighter than that of patients in the control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group at 73.33%,and the inter group results were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the improvement of psychological status in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The SAS score and SDS score of the former were lower than those of the latter,and the results between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Postoperative nursing measures for obstetrics and gynecology patients can help them recover as soon as possible,reduce pain levels,meet more patient needs,improve clinical nursing quality,and increase nursing satisfaction.
