摘　　要：目的 分析为心脏外科重症监护室患者多管道安全护理中实施细节护理的应用效果分析。方法 选择2022年6月至2023年6月在我院心脏外科重症监护室接受治疗的458例患者,229例为对照组实施常规多管道安全护理,另229例为观察组在常规护理的基础上实施细节护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 相较于对照组,观察组患者护理满意度更高,不良事件发生率更低,患者术后下床时间及住院时间更短,同时护理舒适度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在心脏外科重症监护室患者多管道安全护理的基础上实施细节护理,可以降低患者护理期间不良事件发生率,提高护理质量,促进患者康复,提高患者护理满意度与舒适度。Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in multi-channel safe nursing for patients in cardiac surgery intensive care unit.Methods A total of 458 patients who were treated in the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected,229 of whom were listed as the control group for routine multi-channel safety nursing,and 229 were listed as the observation group for detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,lower incidence of adverse events,shorter postoperative bed-off time and hospital stay,and higher nursing comfort scores,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of detailed nursing on the basis of multi-channel safe nursing of patients in cardiac surgery intensive care unit can reduce the incidence of adverse events during patient nursing,improve the quality of nursing,promote patient rehabilitation,and improve patient nursing satisfaction and comfort.
