对基层孕产妇保健中家庭访视护理的作用进行研究

摘　　要：目的 研究基层孕产妇保健中家庭访视护理的作用。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年12月104例孕产妇进行临床研究,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组有52例。对照组实施常规保健护理,观察组实施家庭访视护理。结果 观察组孕产妇不良结局发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组新生儿不良结局发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),分娩前1周,观察组不良情绪评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 基层孕产妇保健实施家庭访视护理,可减少母婴不良结局,减少不良情绪。Objective To study the role of home visiting nursing in maternal health care at the grass-roots level.Methods From December,2021 to December,2022,104 pregnant women were selected for clinical research and randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received routine health care,while the observation group received home visiting care.Results The incidence of adverse outcomes of pregnant women in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse outcomes of newborns in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week before delivery,the score of adverse emotions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Family visit nursing in primary maternal health care can reduce the adverse outcomes of mother and baby and reduce bad emotions.
