摘　　要：目的 探究肋骨骨折患者以肋骨接骨板置入内固定术对安全性及疼痛的影响。方法 本次研究共计纳入东莞市松山湖中心医院胸外科接诊的患者60例,研究时间2021年10月,拟定研究计划,收集相关数据,至2022年10月截止,将研究纳入患者以随机数字表法随机分组,研究组行肋骨接骨板置入术,对照组行保守治疗,每组患者30例,分析不良反应、治疗效果、疼痛评分、炎性指标。结果 研究组不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组不良反应发生率26.67%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率100%高于对照组治疗总有效率80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7 d、15 d,研究组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-2指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 以肋骨接骨板置入内固定术治疗肋骨骨折患者疗效显著,且安全性高,能减少不良反应发生,缓解患者肢体疼痛,减少炎症因子产生。Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation with rib plate on pain in patients with rib fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to our hospital were included in this study,and the study time was October 2021.The study plan was drawn up and relevant data was collected until October 2022.The patients included in the study were randomly grouped by computer table method,and the study group underwent rib bone plate implantation and the control group underwent conservative treatment,with 30 patients in each group.Adverse reactions,therapeutic effect,pain score and inflammatory indexes were analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%lower than the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.67%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100%higher than the total effective rate of treatment in the control group,which was 80.00%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);7 d and 15 d after treatment,the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PCT,CRP,IL-6 and IL-2 indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Internal fixation with rib plate implantation in the treatment of patients with rib fracture is effective and safe,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,relieve the pain of patients'limbs,and reduce the production of inflammatory mediators.
