摘　　要：目的 检测输卵管妊娠中输卵管上皮HNF1β的蛋白表达情况,初步探讨HNF1β在输卵管妊娠发生机制中的作用。方法选取34例输卵管妊娠组织,以20例育龄期女性正常输卵管组织及14例正常增殖期子宫内膜作为对照,应用免疫组织化学方法分别检测各组标本中HNF1β的表达情况。结果 正常输卵管上皮不表达HNF1β蛋白,而在输卵管妊娠中出现异常表达(P<0.01);输卵管妊娠时,输卵管上皮HNF1β表现出与正常子宫内膜相似的表达模式。结论 HNF1β的异常表达可能是输卵管妊娠的重要分子事件。输卵管妊娠中输卵管上皮可能模拟正常子宫内膜的调控机制。Objective To investigate HNF1βexpression,in the fallopian tube mucoas of ectopic pregnancies compared to the normal tubes.Methods In this case-control study,uterine tube samples were obtained from patients with an indication for surgical removal of the tubes.The case group(n=34)consisted of patients who were undergong salpingectomy due to an ectopic pregnancy,the control group(n=34)included patients who had a salpingectomy(n=20)and endometrial curettage(n=14).Using IHC,the expression of HNF1βwas investegated in three study groups.Results Immunohistochemical expression of HNF1βin the epithelium tissue was significantly increased in the implantation site of the patients in comparison with the normal fallopian tubes(P<0.01).The expression of HNF1βin the epithelium tissue was similar to the proliferative endometrium(P>0.05).Conclusions Increasing expression of HNF1βduring an ectopic pregnancy may be involved in related pathological conditions such as ectopic implantation.
