高通量血液透析与常规血液透析治疗慢性尿毒症的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的 分析慢性尿毒症治疗中应用高通量血液透析的价值。方法 选取2022年1月—12月我院慢性尿毒症患者68例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(35例)和观察组(33例),对照组采用常规血液透析,观察组采用高通量血液透析,持续治疗1个月,比较两组的肾功能指标、生活质量、不良反应、满意度等。结果 与治疗前相比,两组肾功能指标均有所改善,且观察组肌酐、尿素氮比对照组低,血红蛋白、白蛋白比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 与常规血液透析相比较,高通量血液透析在慢性尿毒症治疗中的应用效果更明显,可将肾功能各项指标维持在合理范围,减少不良反应对机体影响,增强治疗安全性,提高生活质量,为患者提供更为满意的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the value of applying high flux hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic uremia.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic uremia in our hospital were selected from January to December 2022,and were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(33 cases)according to the different treatment methods,and the control group used conventional hemodialysis,and the observation group used high-flux hemodialysis with continuous treatment for one month,and the renal function indexes,quality of life,adverse reactions,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the pre-treatment,the renal function indexes of both groups improved,and the creatinine and urea nitrogen of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the hemoglobin and albumin were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional hemodialysis,the application of high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic uremia has more obvious effects,which can maintain the indicators of renal function in a reasonable range,reduce the impact of adverse reactions on the body,enhance the safety of the treatment,improve the quality of life,and provide patients with a more satisfactory therapeutic effect.
