摘　　要：目的 分析CRP、WBC、PCT联合检验在细菌感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法 选择常州市德安医院2022年11月1日至2023年8月31日接收的35例疑似细菌感染性疾病患者为研究对象,作为观察组。观察组实验室检查确诊26例为细菌感染性疾病患者。同期选择26例结果为阴性作为对照组。将其均采取CRP、WBC、PCT单独检测和联合检测。结果 观察组CRP、WBC、PCT检测结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CRP、WBC、PCT单独检测阳性率均低于联合检测阳性率(P<0.05)。观察组CRP、WBC、PCT联合检测的诊断特异度、灵敏度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于单独检测(P均<0.05)。结论CRP、WBC、PCT联合检验在细菌感染性疾病中的诊断效果较佳,能够为细菌感染性疾病治疗提供参考依据。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CRP,WBC and PCT in bacterial infectious diseases.Methods 35 patients with suspected bacterial infectious diseases received from our hospital from November 1,2022 to August 31,2023 were selected as the study subjects,and served as the observation group.26 patients in the observation group were diagnosed as bacterial infectious diseases by laboratory examination.During the same period,26 cases with negative results were selected as the control group.Both CRP,WBC,and PCT were tested separately and jointly.Analyze the levels and positivity,specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of CRP,WBC,and PCT individual and combined detection.Results The detection results of CRP,WBC and PCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of CRP,WBC,and PCT individually detected in the observation group were lower than the positive rates of combined detection(P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of the combined CRP,WBC,and PCT tests in the observation group were higher than those of the separate tests(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combined test of CRP,WBC and PCT is effective in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases,and can provide reference for the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases.
