清热宣痹汤治疗儿童急性化脓性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析清热宣痹汤治疗儿童急性化脓性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将北京市石景山医院接收的86例急性化脓性鼻窦炎患儿纳入研究,通过双盲法抽签方式分为试验组与参考组,每组43例。参考组进行头孢泊肟酯干混悬剂治疗,试验组加以清热宣痹汤治疗,对比两组疗效。结果两组患儿在采取相应治疗措施后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用清热宣痹汤治疗后,其中医证候积分、症状消失时间、Lund-Kennedy内镜黏膜形态评分、炎症指标水平、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性化脓性鼻窦炎患儿治疗过程中,采用清热宣痹汤治疗可有效改善其相关症状,提高其鼻腔黏膜形态,降低其炎性反应,从而减少不良反应的出现,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Qingre Xuanbi decoction on acute suppurative sinusitis in children.Methods A total of 86 children with acute suppurative sinusitis admitted to Beijing Shijingshan Hospital were included in the study and divided into an experimental group and a reference group through double-blind lottery,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with cefpodoxime axetil dry suspension,while the experimental group was treated with Qingre Xuanbi decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Both groups of children achieved certain results after taking corresponding treatment measures,but the observation group showed better TCM syndrome score,symptom disappearance time,Lund Kennedy endoscopic mucosal morphology score,inflammatory index level,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life score than the control group after using Qingre Xuanbi decoction treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions During the treatment of acute suppurative sinusitis in children,the use of Qingre Xuanbi decoction can effectively improve their related symptoms,improve the morphology of their nasal mucosa,reduce their inflammatory reactions,thereby reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions and improving their quality of life.
