中药熏蒸结合针灸理疗、运动手法治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析中药熏蒸结合针灸理疗、运动手法治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月50例颈肩腰腿疼痛患者,入选患者通过抽签随机均分为一般组和特殊组,一般组患者采用中药熏蒸方法对其进行治疗,特殊组患者在中药熏蒸的基础上结合针灸理疗和运动手法对其进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果一般组患者治疗有效率76.00%低于特殊组患者96.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者关节功能评分均低于37分,相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,特殊组患者关节功能评分高于一般组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分均较高,相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,特殊组患者VAS评分低于一般组(P<0.05)。结论对颈肩腰腿疼痛患者采取中药熏蒸结合针灸理疗、运动手法对其进行治疗,有利于提高患者治疗效果,促进关节功能的恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion physiotherapy and sports manipulation on neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods The number of cases was selected from October 2020 to October 2022,a total of 50 cases,all of whom were neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain patients.The selected patients were randomly divided into general group and special group according to the different treatment methods.The general group patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and the special group patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion physiotherapy and sports manipulation on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Compare the treatment effects of two groups of patients.Results The treatment effective rate of patients in the general group was 76.00%lower than that of patients in the special group,which was 96.00%(P<0.05).Before treatment,the joint function scores of patients in both groups were lower than 37,compared with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the joint function scores of patients in the special group were higher than those of the general group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the VAS scores of patients in both groups were higher,compared with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of patients in the special group were lower than those of the general group(P<0.05).Conclusions Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,physiotherapy and sports manipulation can improve the treatment effect of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain and promote the recovery of joint function.
