循证护理用于结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术对患者术后并发症及护理依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术中循证护理的应用。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年3月我院收治的结石性胆囊炎者94例,分为对照组(47例,常规护理)与研究组(47例,循证护理),就两组临床指标、疼痛评分、并发症及依从性予以对比分析。结果 研究组各临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后3、5 d的疼痛评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组总依从率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 结石性胆囊炎胆囊切除术中,循证护理的应用更加有利于患者术后康复,且疼痛轻、并发症少,护理依从性高。Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing in cholecystectomy of calculous cholecystitis.Methods From February 2022 to March 2023,94 patients with calculous cholecystitis admitted to the our hospital were divided into control group(n=47,routine nursing)and study group(n=47,evidence-based nursing),and the clinical indicators,pain scores,complications and compliance of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group on the 3 and 5 days after surgery(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the cholecystectomy of calculous cholecystitis,the application of evidence-based nursing is more conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and the pain is light,the complications are less.
