养阴安神方联合艾司唑仑片治疗老年肝肾阴虚型失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察养阴安神方联合艾司唑仑片治疗老年肝肾阴虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法将60例老年肝肾阴虚失眠患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的基础上联合养阴安神方治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医症状评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)(包括睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍及催眠药物)评分及血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%(27/30),对照组总有效率70.00%(21/30),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后中医症状评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后PSQI睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍及催眠药物评分及总分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后PSQI各项评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后血清IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后血清IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养阴安神方联合艾司唑仑片治疗老年肝肾阴虚型失眠临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者中医症状,提高睡眠质量,降低血清IL-6水平,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Anshen Formula combined with estazolam tablets for elderly patients with insomnia of liver-kidney Yin deficiency.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with insomnia(liver-kidney Yin deficiency)were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).All patients were managed by estazolam tablets,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Yangyin Anshen Formula.Treated for 4 weeks,the aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and serum interleukin-6(IL-6).The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(90%[27/30]vs 70%[21/30],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,TCM symptom scores in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which decreased notably in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).PSQI scores in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the reduction in the treatment group was more prevalent compared with the control group(P<0.05).IL-6 levels in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more common than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with insomnia(liver-kidney Yin deficiency),Yangyin Anshen Formula combined with estazolam tablets has a definite curative effect,which can effectively improve TCM symptoms and sleep quality,reduce IL-6 level,with safety and reliability.
