摘  要:阐述大型芯片厂用电量大,供配电系统复杂,对供电连续性和可靠性要求极高,电力监控系统对芯片厂供配电系统运行的可靠性和运行效能有着至关重要作用。探讨大型芯片厂电力监控系统的设计与实施案例,电力监控系统的功能要求、系统架构、系统软件和主要设备材料选型要点,提出提高系统稳定性和可靠性的建议。This paper describes the high electricity consumption and complex power supply and distribution systems of large chip factories,which require extremely high power supply continuity and reliability.The power monitoring system plays a crucial role in the reliability and efficiency of the operation of the power supply and distribution system in chip factories.It explores the design and implementation cases of power monitoring systems in large chip factories,including the functional requirements,system architecture,system software,and key equipment material selection points for power monitoring systems,and proposes suggestions to improve system stability and reliability.
