摘　　要：阐述电力二次系统是对电力一次设备的调节、控制、监测和保护,探讨二次系统网络安全中的风险、隔离目标与特点,分析网络安全隔离分区技术,按照等级保护2.0的通用设计框架关键技术。This paper expounds the regulation,control,monitoring,and protection of primary power equipment in the secondary power system,explores the risks,isolation objectives,and characteristics of network security in the secondary system,analyzes network security isolation zoning technology,and follows the key technology of the general design framework of level protection 2.0.
