新伤续断汤治疗四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨新伤续断汤加减治疗四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀患者的临床效果。方法 使用随机数字表法将南昌市洪都中医院2019年5月—2021年5月收治的66例四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀患者分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加新伤续断汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后的视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分和肿胀程度。结果 观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.97%(32/33),明显高于对照组的78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组VAS评分和肿胀程度均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论 新伤续断汤加减不仅能明显提高四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀患者的治疗效果,还能减轻患者的疼痛程度和肿胀程度,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinshang Xuduan decoction on acute pain and swelling after limb fracture.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute pain and swelling after limb fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Xinshang Xuduan decoction on the basis of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate and treatment of the two groups were compared Visual pain Analog Scale(VAS) scores and swelling levels before and after.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.97%(32/33),which was significantly higher than that of control group(78.79%,26/33)(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and swelling degree in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinshang Xuduan decoction on acute pain and swelling after limb fracture can not only improve the curative effect of acute pain and swelling after limb fracture,but also reduce the degree of pain and swelling of patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
