摘　　要：泌尿系结石通常属于中医“石淋”范畴。文章总结了李莹教授对于此病的病因病机认识及治疗经验,她以辨证论治为基本原则,把此病分为湿热蕴结型、气滞血瘀型、脾肾两虚型,审因论治;金钱草、海金沙、郁金、鸡内金、牛膝为必用药物;对于复合证型,常用补肾排石汤为基础方剂加减治疗,益肾健脾、清热利湿、理气排石,取得了较好的效果。Urinary calculi usually belongs to the category of“urolithic stranguria”in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarized Professor Li Ying's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and her treatment experience.She took syndrome differentiation and treatment as the basic principle,and divided the disease into dampness-heat accumulation type,qi stagnation and blood stasis type,spleen and kidney deficiency type.Herba Lysimachiae,Spora Lygodii,Radix Curcumae,Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae are essential medicines.For the complex syndrome type,the commonly used modified Bushen Paishi decoction as the basic prescription,tonifying kidney and spleen,clearing heat and dampness,regulating qi and expelling stones,and has achieved good curative effect.
