雷火灸联合中药蒸气浴治疗产后痹临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察雷火灸联合中药蒸气浴对产后痹的治疗效果。方法 选择辽宁省沈阳市妇婴医院中医门诊于2021年3月—2022年3月收治的产后痹患者60例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组采取雷火灸疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药蒸气浴治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分变化及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组的总有效率为93.3%(28/30),明显高于对照组的80.0%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 雷火灸联合中药蒸气浴可以有效减轻产后痹患者肢体疼痛程度、缓解中医证候、提升患者生活质量,具有一定的临床可应用性,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine steam bath on postpartum arthralgia.Methods Sixty patients with postpartum arthralgia in Shenyang Women and Children Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion,while the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine steam bath on the basis of the control group.The changes of limb joint pain degree,TCM syndrome score and improvement of quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%,24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine steam bath therapy can effectively reduce the degree of limb pain of postpartum arthralgia patients,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and improve patients' quality of life.It has certain clinical applicability and high drug safety,and is worth popularizing.
