皮肤针叩刺联合局部注射氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究皮肤针叩刺结合局部注射氨甲环酸对黄褐斑的治疗效果。方法 于2020年8月—2022年8月在南京中医药大学江阴附属医院医疗美容科门诊诊治的黄褐斑患者中选择性选取68例作为此次观察对象,均分为单纯治疗组(仅皮肤针叩刺)和联合治疗组(皮肤针叩刺联合局部注射氨甲环酸),半个月操作1次,3次为1个疗程,3个疗程后察看色素改善情况及不良反应。结果 3个疗程后,联合治疗组总有效率94.1%(32/34)明显高于单纯治疗组的70.6%(24/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见不良反应发生。结论 联合治疗组治疗效果优于单纯治疗组,可明显减轻色沉和缩小色斑范围,且无不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of dermal needle tapping combined with local injection of tranexamic acid on melasma.Methods A total of 68 patients with melasma who were diagnosed and treated in Jiangyin Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into dermal needle tapping group(dermal needle tapping) and dermal needle tapping combined with local injection of tranexamic acid group(dermal needle tapping combined with local injection of tranexamic acid),with 34 cases in each group.The operation was performed once every half month,three times for a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the improvement of pigment and adverse reactions were observed.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 94.1%(32/34),which was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group(70.6%,24/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of dermal needle tapping combined with local injection of tranexamic acid is better than that of dermal needle tapping,which can significantly reduce color dullness and reduce the scope of color spots without adverse reactions.
