摘 要:目的 研究黑膏药传统工艺中黄丹用量与软化点及冬夏两季贴敷时间的相关性。方法 采用控制变量法,保持黑膏药制备过程中的其他工艺参数不变,只改变黄丹与油的用量比例,测量其不同的软化点以及记录冬夏季节临床使用中相对应的贴敷时间,找出三者的关联性,从而推定出不同季节黑膏药制备的关键生产工艺参数之一(黄丹与油的最佳用量比例)。结果 夏季贴敷时,当黄丹与油的比例为45∶100时,贴敷时间在5~7 d范围内所占比例最高,即有效率最高,此时对应的黑膏药软化点为50.70℃。冬季贴敷时,当黄丹与油的比例为40∶100时,贴敷时间在5~7 d范围内所占比例最高,即有效率最高,此时对应的黑膏药软化点为48.90℃。结论 本研究结果与黑膏药传统制备工艺中黄丹用量“冬少夏多”理论相符合,为黑膏药的生产与检验提供了真实可靠的数据支持。Objective To study the correlation between the dosage of Huangdan and the softening point,and the application time in winter and summer,in the traditional process of black plaster.Methods The control variate method was used to keep other technological parameters in the preparation process of black plaster unchanged,only changing the dosage ratio of Huangdan to oil,measuring its different softening points and recording the corresponding application time in clinical use in winter and summer,to find out the correlation between the three,so as to deduce the optimal dosage ratio of huangdan and oil,one of the key production technological parameters in the preparation of black plaster in different seasons.Results During summer application,when the ratio of Huangdan to oil was 45∶100,the application time had the highest proportion within the range of five to seven days,indicating the highest effective rate.At this time,the corresponding softening point of the black plaster was 50.70℃.During winter application,when the ratio of Huangdan to oil was 40∶100,the application time had the highest proportion within the range of five to seven days,indicating the highest effective rate.At this time,the corresponding softening point of the black plaster was 48.90℃.Conclusion The above results are consistent with the theory of"Less in Winter and More in Summer"in the traditional preparation process of black plaster,providing true and reliable data support for the production and inspection of black plaster.
