穴位按摩配合贴敷疗法预防骨盆骨折患者便秘的护理研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位按摩配合贴敷疗法预防骨盆骨折患者便秘的效果。方法 选取2021年9月至2022年5月佛山市中医院骨七科住院治疗的骨盆骨折患者79例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=39)。对照组给予饮食指导、心理护理、腹部顺时针按摩;试验组采用穴位按摩后贴敷自制中药粉,选择天枢、大横、关元、气海、神阙穴,每天1次,连续治疗1周。比较两组首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、每次排便时间、大便性质、排便量,便秘症状积分、焦虑情况。结果 试验组首次排便、排便间隔及每次排便时间短于对照组,大便干结、每次排便量少占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。入院后第3、5、7天,试验组便秘症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。入院第7天,试验组焦虑的严重程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 穴位按摩结合贴敷疗法可以预防骨盆骨折患者便秘,减轻腹胀、腹痛症状和焦虑情绪。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with application therapy on preventing constipation in patients with pelvic fractures.Methods A total of 79 patients with pelvic fractures who were hospitalized and treated at Department of OrthopaedicsⅦof Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an experimental group(n=39)using a random number table.The control group received dietary guidance,psychological care,and clockwise abdominal massage.The experimental group received acupoint massage followed by application of selfmade traditional Chinese medicine powder.The acupoints of Tianshu,Daheng,Guanyuan,Qihai,and Shenque were selected for treatment once a day for one week.The first defecation time,interval between defecations,duration of each defecation,nature and volume of stools,constipation symptom scores,and anxiety level were compared between the two groups.Results The first defecation time,interval between defecations,and duration of each defecation in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the percentage of dry stools and low volume per bowel movement was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The constipation symptom scores on the 3rd,5th,and 7th days after admission were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).On the 7th day of admission,the severity of anxiety was lower in the test group than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with application therapy can prevent constipation in patients with pelvic fractures,and alleviate symptoms of bloating,abdominal pain,and anxiety.
