温通罐干预在腰椎术后患者疼痛护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨温通罐干预在腰椎术后患者疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月广东省中山市中医院骨一科行腰椎术后疼痛患者120例,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组采用功能锻炼法指导,观察组在对照组基础上联合温通罐干预。比较两组患者护理前后的疼痛评分、下肢运动功能、日常生活能力评分、自我护理能力评分、日本骨科学会腰痛评分、生活质量评分,并比较两组护理满意度情况。结果 护理后,两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理后,两组下肢运动功能、日常生活能力、自我护理能力、日本骨科学会腰痛、生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 腰椎术后患者给予温通罐干预,可显著减轻患者术后的疼痛程度,改善下肢运动功能、日常生活能力、自我护理能力、腰部功能及生活质量,且提升患者满意度,效果较理想。Objective To exploring the application effect of warming cupping intervention in pain nursing of patients after lumbar surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with postoperative pain who received lumbar surgery in Orthopedics DepartmentⅠ,Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was guided by functional exercise,while the observation group received warming cupping intervention combined with functional exercise.The pain score,lower limb motor function,daily living ability score,self-care ability score,Japanese orthopedic association score and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the comparison of patients’satisfaction with nursing was counted.Results The pain score of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that before nursing,and the pain score in the observation group was lower than in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of lower limb motor function,daily living ability,selfcare ability,Japanese orthopedic association and quality of life in the observation group after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients after lumbar surgery,warm cupping intervention combined with routine nursing can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients after nursing,and improve the motor function of lower limbs,daily living ability,selfcare ability,lumbar function and quality of life,with higher satisfaction of patients with nursing.Therefore,it has ideal effects.
