摘　　要：目的 探讨复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院(本院)门诊糖尿病患者用药情况,为临床实践提供理论支持。方法 统计2019—2021年本院门诊抗糖尿病用药处方中药品的种类、数量、处方金额等数据,并得出相应的结论。结果 本院门诊抗糖尿病用药以口服药为主,胰岛素为辅,2019—2021年各口服降糖药用药频度(DDDs)呈逐年上升趋势,其中基本排名前三名的是二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、格列美脲。二甲双胍和阿卡波糖日均费用(DDC)每年数值都比较低,排名倒数两名,吡格列酮DDC稳居第一。结论 对各项指标数据进行统计后得出,本院门诊糖尿病用药基本合理;且在使用的药物中,二甲双胍应用频率最高,其安全性高且成本低廉。Objective To explore the medication for diabetes mellitus in the Outpatient Department of Zhongshan Hospital(Xiamen),Fudan University,and provide theoretical support for clinical practice.Methods The data of the types,quantity,and amount of prescriptions of anti-diabetes mellitus drugs in the Outpatient Department of a hospital from 2019 to 2021 were collected and the corresponding conclusions were drawn.Results The anti-diabetes mellitus drugs in the Outpatient Department of a hospital were mainly oral drugs,supplemented by insulin.In the past three years,the defined daily dose system(DDDs)of each oral hypoglycemic drug showed an increasing trend year by year,among which metformin,acarbose,and glimepiride were the top three.The defined daily cost(DDC)of metformin and acarbose was relatively low every year,ranking the top two from the bottom,while the DDC of pioglitazone consistently ranking first.Conclusion According to the statistics of various indicators,the medication for diabetes mellitus in the Outpatient Department of a hospital is reasonable.Among the drugs used,metformin has the highest frequency of application,and this product is not only safe but also cost-effective.
