摘　　要：近年来,肿瘤患者群体由于自然环境、生活方式的改变以及人口老龄化等众多复杂因素而日渐庞大,培养高素质的肿瘤专科护士对提高癌症患者的生存质量发挥着至关重要的作用,但目前国内肿瘤专科护理人才的培养仍处于初级发展阶段,肿瘤专科护士的资格准入、培训方案及资格再认证体系有待进一步完善,因此,笔者将从肿瘤专科护士的概念及功能职责、国内外肿瘤专科护士的培养方式、发展现状等方面进行综述,并对国内肿瘤专科护士的培养做出展望,以期为我国培养更高层次肿瘤专科护理人才的教育工作提供启示和参考。In recent years,the population of cancer patients has been increasing due to many complex factors such as the change of natural environment,lifestyle,and the aging population.Training high-quality oncology specialist nurses plays a vital role in improving the quality of life of cancer patients.However,the training of oncology nursing talents in China is still in the primary stage of development.The qualification admission,training plan,and re-qualification system of oncology specialist nurses need to be further improved.Therefore,the author will review the concept and functional responsibilities of oncology specialist nurses,the training methods and development status of oncology specialist nurses at home and abroad,and give a prospect for the training of domestic oncology specialist nurses,in order to provide inspiration and reference for the education of higher level oncology specialist nurses in China in the future.
