自拟补肾疏肝汤联合优思明治疗肾虚肝郁型PCOS患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟补肾疏肝汤联合优思明治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组:于月经周期第5~25天,口服优思明1片/d,连续治疗3个月经周期;观察组:优思明用药同对照组,同时联合中药治疗,持续3个月经周期。比较两组患者治疗前后促黄体生成素(LH)、LH/卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、焦虑抑郁状态、中医证候积分以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后两组的LH、LH/FSH、T与治疗前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05),两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);焦虑抑郁状态、中医证候积分的改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药联合优思明治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效显著,并且在改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪、缓解中医各项证候方面具有优势,未增加PCOS患者不良反应的发生率,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Bushen Shugan Decoction combined with Yasmin in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of kidney deficiency and liver depression.Methods Patients with PCOS of kidney deficiency and liver depression who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 1 tablet of Yasmin daily on days 5~25 of the menstrual cycle for continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The observation group was treated with the same medicine as the control group and combined with Chinese medicine for 3 menstrual cycles.The LH,LH/FSH,T,anxiety and depression status,TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the LH,LH/FSH and T of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups,and the anxiety and depression status and the improvement of TCM syndrome scores were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than of the control group.Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with Yasmin has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and has advantages in improving patients’anxiety and depression and alleviating various symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.It does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in PCOS patients,and it is safe and reliable.
