三黄消肿软膏治疗混合痔术后水肿与疼痛的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三黄消肿软膏对混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛的治疗效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月期间于本科住院行混合痔外剥内扎术的患者143例,根据临床实际治疗情况分为治疗组73例和对照组70例,术后第1天起治疗组换药时予三黄消肿软膏涂抹创面,对照组单纯常规换药,连续治疗7 d后观察比较两组患者术后创面水肿、疼痛情况及临床疗效,并统计治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的水肿、疼痛评分均明显降低(P<0.01);治疗7 d后,治疗组患者创面水肿及疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的总有效率为98.63%,显著高于对照组的87.14%(P<0.01)。两组患者在治疗期间均未记录有不良事件发生。结论三黄消肿软膏可以有效缓解混合痔外剥内扎术后出现的肛周水肿和疼痛问题,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Sanhuang Xiaozhong ointment on wound edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods The study was a retrospective analysis based on real-world observations.143 patients of mixed hemorrhoids patients after operation from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.According to the clinical practice,they were divided into the treatment group(73 cases)and the control group(70 cases).From the first day after the operation,the treatment group was given Sanhuang Xiaozhong ointment when dressing change.The control group only routinely changed the dressing.The 2 groups were treated for 7 days.The pain scores,the edema symptom scores and the clinical efficacy were observed and compared after the treatment between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment was counted.Results Compared with before the treatment,the edema and pain scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after the treatment(P<0.01).On the 7th day,the scores of edemas and pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of the treatment group was 98.63%,which significantly higher than that of the control group(87.14%)(P<0.01).No serious adverse events were recorded in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Sanhuang Xiaozhong ointment is effective and safe on wound edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoids after the operation,which is worthy of clinical application.
