摘　　要：目的探讨PICC置管用约束衣在儿童PICC置管术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月行PICC置管术的患儿33例作为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规约束方式进行约束,实验组采用PICC置管用约束衣进行约束。比较两组患儿约束前及穿刺前SPO_(2)、穿刺次数、置管时长、追加镇静次数、CBS舒适度评分。结果实验组穿刺次数少于对照组,平均置管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童PICC置管术中采用PICC置管用约束衣约束可有效减少穿刺次数,缩短置管时长,减少镇静药的使用次数,同时患儿舒适程度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate in the application effect of PICC intubation restraint garment in children's PICC intubation.Methods 33 children who underwent PICC catheterization from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was restrained by conventional restraint,and the experimental group was restrained by PICC Catheterization Restraint Clothes.The two groups were compared in terms of SPO_(2) before restraint,SPO_(2) before puncture,the number of punctures,the duration of intubation,the number of additional sedation,and the CBS comfort score,Results The number of punctures in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the average catheterization time was shorter than that in the control group,the differehce was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PICC Catheterization Restraint Clothes for children's PICC intubation can effectively reduce the number of punctures,shorten the duration of intubation,and reduce the use of sedatives.
