当代中医治疗白癜风处方用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:对中医药治疗白癜风中医医案处方进行频数分析、聚类分析、因子分析、关联规则分析,探究白癜风处方用药规律。方法:运用Excel录入白癜风中医治疗医案处方,运用SPSS 21.0统计软件对录入的中药进行描述性分析、因子分析、聚类分析;运用SPSS modeler 18进行关联规则分析。结果:共纳入117个医案,305首方剂;高频药物中刺蒺藜、当归、补骨脂排前3;补虚药、归肝经药、甘味药、温性药占比最多;因子分析共得到9个因子,聚类分析共得到11个药物组合,关联规则分析共得到药物集团14个;当归+刺蒺藜+补骨脂为关联最密切的药对。结论:白癜风病程中气血不和贯穿始终,临床应重视当归+刺蒺藜+补骨脂药对的配伍应用。Objective:To explore the medication rules of prescriptions for vitiligo by performing frequency analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis and association rules analysis of TCM prescriptions for the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:The prescriptions for TCM therapy of vitiligo were input into Excel,descriptive analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis of the input herbs were conducted using SPSS21.0 statistical software;association rules analysis was conducted using SPSS modeler 18.Results:The study included 117 medical cases and 305 prescriptions;Cijili(Tribulus terrestris L.),Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix)and Buguzhi(Psoraleae fructus)ranked the top three positions among high-frequency medicines;the herbs of tonifcation,entering the meridian of liver,sweet in taste and warm in nature held the most;nine factors have been yielded by factor analysis,11 drug combinations obtained by cluster analysis and 14 drug groups by association rule analysis;Danggui+Cijili+Buguzhi is the drug group with the highest association.Conclusion:Importance should be attached to the compatibility of Danggui+Cijili+Buguzhi in clinic since Qi and blood disharmony is throughout the course of vitiligo.
