摘  要:基于TGF-β_(1)/Smads信号通路对支气管哮喘的影响及中药干预作用研究进展进行综述,指出转化生长因子β_(1)(transforming growth factor-β_(1),TGF-β_(1))对哮喘发病过程中气道炎症与气道重塑的病理基础发挥作用,TGF-β_(1)对气道炎症具有双重作用,既可通过刺激嗜酸性粒细胞促进气道炎症发生,又可通过刺激肥大细胞产生白细胞介素6,抑制气道炎症;此外,因TGF-β_(1)具有超强的致纤维化作用,可促进成纤维细胞生长,引起气道重塑,中药可通过调控TGF-β_(1)/Smads信号通路,从而干预哮喘发作,缓解哮喘临床症状。Nowadays,many experimental studies revealed that TGF-β_(1) has developed the effects in pathological foundation of airway inflammation and airway remodeling in the pathogenesis of asthma.TGF-β_(1) has dual effects on airway inflammation,it could not only induce the airway inflammation through stimulating eosinophilia,but also inhibit airway inflammation by stimulating the generation of mast cells;in addition,TGF-β_(1) could promote fibroblast growth and cause airway remodeling since it has a superb fibrogenic effect.TCM could intervene the attacks of asthma and relieve clinical symptoms of asthma through regulating TGF-β_(1)/smads signal pathway.The paper reviewed research progress of the influence of TGF-β_(1)/Smads signal pathway on bronchial asthma and TCM intervention effects,hoping to provide the thinking for the prevention and the treatment of bronchial asthma by TCM.
