摘 要:耐药性细菌出现后,抗生素治疗细菌感染效果降低,且危害愈发严重,因此,需要研究新型化的抗菌制剂。抗菌肽以其高效、低毒及广谱特点成为最具优势的代替抗生素新药制剂,受到国内外科研工作者广泛关注,也是目前的研究重点。本文总结抗菌肽生物学特性以及作用机制,展望其应用前景,为抗菌肽的研究和应用提供更多可能性。After the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria,antibacterial drugs are becoming less effective and more harmful in treating bacterial infections.Therefore,it is necessary to study new types of antibacterial agents.Antimicrobial peptides(AMP)have become the most advantageous alternative to antibiotic new drug formulations due to their high efficiency,low toxicity,and broad-spectrum characteristics.They have received widespread attention from domestic and foreign researchers and are currently a research focus.This article will summarize the research progress of the biological characteristics and mechanism of AMP,and look forward to its application prospects,which will provide more possibilities for the research and application of AMP.
