摘　　要：白癜风是受各种内外因素的影响,造成黑色素细胞被破坏或黑色素形成障碍的一种常见多发的色素性皮肤病。近几年来,白癜风发病率呈上升趋势。白癜风发病机制尚不明确,可能与遗传因素、自身免疫异常、氧化损伤、环境因素等相关,可分为节段型、非节段型、混合型及未定类型。白癜风会对患者形象产生影响,使其产生巨大心理压力,造成焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍。因此,对白癜风患者进行心理疏导及干预至关重要。心理干预通过想象放松/呼吸疗法、心理教育、正念冥想法等对患者心理进行干预,使其恢复至健康状态。基于此,本文综述了近年来白癜风患者心理障碍及心理干预新进展。Vitiligo is a common and multiple pigmented skin disease affected by various internal and external factors,resulting in the destruction of melanocytes or the disorder of melanin formation.In recent years,the incidence of vitiligo is on the rise.The pathogenesis of vitiligo is still unclear.It may be related to genetic factors,autoimmune abnormalities,oxidative damage,environmental factors,etc.It can be divided into segmental,non-segmental,mixed and undetermined types.Vitiligo will have an impact on the image of patients,causing great psychological pressure,causing psychological problems such as anxiety and depression.Therefore,it is very important to guide and intervene the psychological problems of patients with vitiligo.Psychological intervention intervenes in patients'psychological problems through imagination relaxation/breathing therapy,psychological education,and mindfulness meditation to restore them to a healthy state.Based on this,this paper tries to review the new progress of psychological problems and psychological intervention in patients with vitiligo in recent years from the research and analysis of patients'psychological and intervention status.
