摘　　要：目的探究心流体验在老年慢性病患者抗逆力中的效应。方法采用由Connor和Davidson于2003编制的抗逆力量表(CD-RISC)及自设问卷(一般情况调查表、心流体验量表FLOW)对黔南布依族苗族自治州(黔南州)农村老年慢性病患者进行入户调查,运用Excel、SPSS 22.0软件分析数据。结果慢性病老年人抗逆力总分为(61.63±10.45)分,得分率为61.3%。慢性病老年人抗逆力的影响因素分为内在因素[心流体验(8个维度)、掌控感等]和外在因素(年龄、文化程度、经济、医疗保障情况、ADL状态、社会支持、个人行为、性别、婚姻状况等),其中内在因素影响抗逆力得分大于外在因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别、婚姻状况、年龄、文化程度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性病老年人抗逆力呈中等偏低水平,其中心流体验在老年慢性病患者抗逆力中的效应值比例为61.2%。Objective To explore the effect of flow experience on the resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural areas of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(Qiannan Prefecture)using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and self-designed questionnaires(General Situation Questionnaire,Flow Experience Scale FLOW).The data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS 22.0 software.Results The total score of resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases was(61.63±10.45)points,with a score rate of 61.3%.The influencing factors of resilience in elderly patients with chronic diseases are divided into internal factors[flow experience(8 dimensions),sense of control,etc.]and external factors(age,educational level,economic status,medical security situation,ADL status,social support,personal behavior,gender,marital status,etc.).Among them,the internal factors have a greater impact on resilience scores than external factors,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Gender,marital status,age,and educational level have no significant statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases is at a moderate to low level,and the effect value ratio of flow experience in the resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases is 61.2%.
