摘　　要：胸腔闭式引流作为临床上治疗气胸和血胸的常用引流方式,在临床上运用广泛,目前主要用于胸心外科术后、胸腔积液或气胸的治疗,胸腔闭式引流管是重要管道之一。在治疗进行过程中,科学的引流管道管理措施对患者康复有明显促进作用,通过针对性地实施胸腔闭式引流管管道护理,在医生指导下按时清创,促进患者体内胸液排出,并结合现代化方式,让患者体验到舒适有效的护理。深入研究胸腔闭式引流管的管理,对于护理技术发展以及患者恢复健康具有十分重要的意义。本文从引流管材质及规格、置管的位置和数量、数字引流系统、引流管维护、拔管时机、术后并发症护理、护理人员操作技能培训和患者及家属护理引流管知识宣教等方面进行总结与分析,旨在为临床相关科室制订胸腔引流管规范化管理提供借鉴。Closed thoracic drainage,as a common drainage method for the clinical treatment of pneumothorax and hemothorax,is widely used in clinical practice.At present,it is mainly used for the treatment of thoracic surgery,pleural effusion or pneumothorax,and closed thoracic drainage tube is one of the important catheter.And in the process of the treatment,the scientific pipeline management has the obvious promotion function to the patient rehabilitation,through targeted care,under the guidance of doctor s,timely debridement,promote pleural effusion discharge in the patient s body,and combined with modern means,so that patients experience comfortable and effective care.It is of great significance to study the management of closed thoracic drainage tube for the development of nursing and the patients recovery.This article summarized and analyzed the material and specifications of drainage tube,the location anquantity of the tubes,the digital drainage system,the maintenance of the drainage tubes,the time of extubation,the postoperative complications and the personnel training,it aiming to provide reference for the formulating standardized management of chest to be.
