摘　　要：高血脂可以引起多种心脑血管疾病,若血脂长期未得到控制,始终保持在较高水平,患者将出现血管内膜损伤,血管脂质斑块,动脉粥样硬化,引起缺血性心脑血管疾病。控制血脂对心脑血管疾病的预防具有重要意义。他汀类降血脂药物是临床治疗冠心病的常用药物,已应用数十年,一直发挥较好的疗效。由于他汀类降血脂药物的作用机制具有多样性,故其应用领域不断扩展。本文对他汀类降血脂药物的作用机制和临床应用、他汀类降血脂药物联合其他药物的应用、及药物不良反应等方面的研究进展经行阐述,旨在为临床用药提供参考。Hyperlipidemia can cause a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.If the blood lipids are not controlled for a long time and are always maintained at a high level,patients will endure vascular intimal injury,lipid plaque,resulting in atherosclerosis,thus ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Therefore,the control of blood lipids plays an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Statin are commonly used in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease,they have been used for decades and have shown good effect.Thanks to the diversity of the function mechanism of Statin,their application fields are constantly expanding.This thesis takes the overview of statin as the breakthrough point,and reviews the research progress in the function mechanism and clinical application of statin,the combined application of statin and other drugs,as well as the adverse reactions of statin,aiming to provide some references for clinical use.
