筋骨并重平衡法治疗膝关节退行性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨筋骨并重平衡法治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年10月靖江市中医院住院的72例膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予筋骨并重平衡法。比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及西大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)膝关节评分。结果 治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分、WOMAC膝关节评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后的VAS评分、WOMAC膝关节评分低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 筋骨并重平衡法治疗膝关节退行性关节炎相较单纯使用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射及塞来昔布口服疗法更为有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of muscle-bone balance method in the treatment of knee degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 72 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint hospitalized in Jingjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,the treatment group received muscle-bone balance method on the basis of the control group treatment,and the visual analogue scale(VAS) and Western Ontario and McM aster Universities(WOMAC) knee score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score and WOMAC knee score between the two groups(P>0.05).VAS score and WOMAC knee score in the treatment group were lower than those in the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Muscle-bone balance method is more effective in treating knee osteoarthritis than using sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection and celecoxib oral therapy alone.
