摘　　要：以培养学生良好的职业道德和素养,提高适应社会竞争和压力的能力为目标,结合创新创业人才培养需求和“良好质量管理规范(GMP)”实训课教学改革要求,结合本地特色资源,从不同专业和年级选择一批学生参与实训平台,实现大学生创新训练项目。强化了创新创业教育环节,重点解决了人才培养体系中创新环节不足、重理论轻实践的问题,使学生不断自我更新、自我完善、不断掌握新知识新技术,增强面对社会核心竞争力和就业压力的能力,轻松适应不断发展的医药行业,实现自我积极、全面、有效发展。With the goal of cultivating students'good professional ethics and accomplishment,improving their ability to adapt to social competition and pressure,combining the training needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and the teaching reform requirements of"Good manufacturing Practice(GMP)"practical training course,and combining local characteristics resources,a group of students from different majors and grades are selected to participate in the practical training platform to achieve innovative training projects for college students.The education on innovation and entrepreneurship has been strengthened,focusing on solving the problems of insufficient innovation links in the talent training system,emphasizing theory over practice,improving students'ability to constantly renew themselves,improve themselves,constantly master new knowledge and new technologies,enhance their ability to face the social core competitiveness and employment pressure,easily adapt to the constantly developing pharmaceutical industry,and achieve positive,comprehensive and effective development of themselves.
