摘　　要：莫迪政府上台后,印度和以色列的安全合作迈上了新台阶。莫迪高度重视与以色列的合作,成为首位访问以色列的印度总理。在印以领导人的战略引领和相互支持下,双方军事贸易规模愈趋增大,在海军、空军、网络安全等多个领域的合作取得了积极成果。印以安全合作的主要驱动力有两国相互借重的战略需求、打击恐怖主义及预阻极端思潮蔓延、维护印度洋权益、美国助推印以合作等。印度的“西联”外交使其对外政策更加平衡,但其与美以等国在安全领域的深度“捆绑”对中国的中东政策顺利推进提出了挑战。在强化与以色列合作基础上,印度推出了新的互联互通计划对冲中国的“一带一路”项目。同时印以合作进一步增强了印度在南亚的实力地位,可能刺激印度采取更为冒险的对华政策。Since Modi came to power,India and Israel security cooperation has been elevated to a new level both in scope and scale.The main motives behind this include strategic calculations,counter terrorism,maintaining security in the Indian Ocean and coping with U.S.policy adjustment toward India.India has made its foreign policy more balanced between West Asia and East Asia,but its deep“bondage”with the United States and Israel in the field of security has challenged the progress of China’s Middle East policy.Building on its strengthened cooperation with Israel,India has launched a new connectivity program to hedge China’s overseas projects.At the same time,India-Israel cooperation has further strengthened India’s position in South Asia,which may spur India to adopt a more adventurous policy toward China.
